Refund policy

The following terms constitute the Return Policy applied to customer’s (sometimes referred to as “you” or “your”) orders placed with 8Ball Inc. (sometimes referred to as “we”, ”us”, or “our”) on https://www.8ballinc.com website (the “Site”).

Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that all return requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the order’s delivery date, as determined according to the shipper’s tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Returns will not be accepted without you providing proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how to ship your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we have approved your return, and you still don’t see your refund, please contact us at info@8ballinc.com.

Excessive return requests may be denied at our discretion.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you placed an order through our Site and you received a damaged or incomplete shipment please contact us at info@8ballinc.com or, alternatively, visit https://www.8ballinc.com/pages/contact and submit the form with details. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within seven (7) days of the order’s delivery date, as determined according to the shipper’s tracking number.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
