Shipping policy

The following terms constitute the Shipping Policy applied to customer’s (sometimes referred to as “you” or “your”) orders placed with 8Ball Inc. (sometimes referred to as “we”, ”us”, or “our”) on https://www.8ballinc.com website (the “Site”).

Shipping Schedules

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm EST are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

8Ball Inc. does not ship on Federal holidays or weekends. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination address. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. 

Standard 3-5 days shipping is provided and available only to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. 

Free standard shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified amount as part of promotional campaigns.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us within fourteen (14) business days of the expected delivery date. You can reach out to our customer service team at 8Ball Inc.'s contact page or email us at info@8ballinc.com with your order details. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

8Ball Inc. is not responsible for late deliveries caused, in whole or in part, by delays or other actions of the shipping/delivery provider.

8Ball Inc. is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of orders to the correct address.

Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, 8Ball Inc. may offer promotional codes or discounts, including free shipping offers. These promotions will have specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined during the campaign period. Customers must apply any promotional codes at checkout, as they cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
